이용약관

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 GUNGMA(이하 "서비스")가 제공하는 온라인 한국 장기 게임 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 서비스와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

• "이용자"란 본 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 모든 사람을 말합니다.
• "게스트"란 계정 없이 싱글 게임을 이용하는 이용자를 말합니다.
• "회원"이란 이메일 또는 Google 계정으로 가입하여 온라인 대국을 이용할 수 있는 이용자를 말합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 서비스는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 적용일자와 함께 사전에 공지합니다.

제4조 (회원가입 및 계정)

• 회원가입은 이메일·비밀번호 입력 또는 Google 계정 인증으로 이루어집니다.
• 이용자는 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 계정 정보를 타인에게 양도·대여할 수 없습니다.
• 계정 관리 소홀로 발생한 손해에 대한 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.

제5조 (서비스의 이용)

• 싱글 게임(엔진·GPT·2인 대국)은 로그인 없이 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 온라인 대국·전적·레이팅 기능은 회원에 한해 제공됩니다.
• 서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 일부 기능(GPT 대국 등)은 운영상 한도가 적용될 수 있습니다.

제6조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

• 타인의 계정·개인정보를 도용하거나 사칭하는 행위
• 비정상적인 방법으로 서비스에 접속하거나 자동화 도구로 부하를 유발하는 행위
• 다른 이용자를 비방·모욕하거나 부적절한 닉네임을 사용하는 행위
• 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하거나 시스템 취약점을 악용하는 행위

제7조 (서비스의 제공 및 중단)

서비스는 연중무휴 제공을 원칙으로 하나, 시스템 점검·장애·천재지변 등의 사유로 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 진행 중인 온라인 대국은 서버 재시작 시 일정 시간 내 재접속으로 이어갈 수 있으나, 기술적 한계로 보존되지 않을 수 있습니다.

제8조 (면책)

• 서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 서비스의 중단·오류·데이터 손실로 인한 손해에 대해 고의·중과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 이용자 간 대국 과정에서 발생한 분쟁에 대해 서비스는 개입하지 않습니다.
• GPT 대국의 수·해설은 인공지능의 출력으로 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다.

제9조 (이용 제한 및 계약 해지)

이용자가 본 약관을 위반한 경우 서비스는 사전 통지 후(긴급한 경우 사후 통지) 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 정지할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 언제든지 서비스 내 회원 탈퇴 기능으로 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.

제10조 (준거법 및 관할)

본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 관련 법령이 정한 절차에 따른 법원을 관할로 합니다.

Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between GUNGMA (the "Service") and its users in connection with the use of the online Korean chess (Janggi) game service provided by the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "User" means anyone who uses the Service under these Terms.
• "Guest" means a user who plays single games without an account.
• "Member" means a user who has signed up with an email or Google account and may use online games.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service. The Service may amend the Terms within the limits of applicable law, and any amendment will be announced in advance together with its effective date.

Article 4 (Sign-up and Accounts)

• Sign-up is done by entering an email and password or by authenticating with a Google account.
• Users must provide accurate information and may not transfer or lend account information to others.
• The user is responsible for any damage arising from negligent account management.

Article 5 (Use of the Service)

• Single games (Engine, GPT, and 2P games) may be used without signing in.
• Online games, records, and rating features are provided to Members only.
• The Service is provided free of charge, and some features (such as GPT games) may be subject to operational limits.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following:

• Stealing or impersonating another person's account or personal information
• Accessing the Service by abnormal means or causing load with automated tools
• Slandering or insulting other users, or using an inappropriate nickname
• Interfering with normal operation of the Service or exploiting system vulnerabilities

Article 7 (Provision and Interruption of the Service)

The Service is, in principle, provided year-round without interruption, but it may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, failures, natural disasters, or similar reasons. An online game in progress may be resumed by reconnecting within a certain time after a server restart, but it may not be preserved due to technical limitations.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

• The Service is provided free of charge and, absent willful misconduct or gross negligence, is not liable for damage caused by interruption, errors, or data loss.
• The Service does not intervene in disputes arising between users during games.
• The moves and commentary in GPT games are AI output and their accuracy is not guaranteed.

Article 9 (Use Restrictions and Termination)

If a user violates these Terms, the Service may restrict use or suspend the account after prior notice (or subsequent notice in urgent cases). A user may terminate the use agreement at any time using the account deletion feature within the Service.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute related to use of the Service is subject to the court determined under the procedures set by applicable law.
